Traditionally death isn’t seen as a particularly sexy figure in fiction. The image of death is usually one of a skeletal creature robed in black armed with a Scythe and ghostly in it’s movements. Death is the calling of the Grimm Reaper. Death is what most humans fear most.
Some authors have taken the concept of death its bearer and turn it on it’s head. Grimm Reapers have now become the Hero and Heroines of their own stories.After all what’s not fascinating about those who collect souls, or control whether you live or die
