Charlee- Thanks a TON for sorting through the new SFR offerings each week. Separating the short stories from the longer novellas has become a real chore, especially since about 75% of the new listings seem to be short erotica. Are all romance sub-genres being as inundated with these erotica snippets? Besides the step-brother fad, I mean. 🙂
Great question. I haven’t checked, but it seems likely. I have a few ideas on why this is so and what readers can do about it. Maybe I’ll put those together in a post. Good luck finding your next awesome read!

It would be great to see what readers can do about the sifting out the short stories. Personally, I prefer to read books clocking in at 150 page minimum unless it is a little nugget that tags on to something I’ve already read and loved. Probably the big exception to that was Tales from the SFR Brigade a few years back. That was an exceptional collection of short stories and novellas.
