Summary: Chained by Night by Larissa Ione is Book 2 in her Moonbound Clan Vampire Series.
THE FUTURE OF HIS TRIBE
Leader of the vampire clan MoonBound, Hunter will do what he must to save his people from extinction—or worse, a torturous eternity as vampire slaves and subjects of human experimentation. THE LOVER OF HIS SOUL
But survival comes at a price. First, Hunter must break an ancient curse by successfully negotiating three deadly tests. Or will he risk everything for the woman he really loves: the vampire seductress’s
Positives: As always Larissa Ione delivers a powerful, action packed, and steamy romance!
Negatives: Vampire purists may balk at the completely unique take on vampire myth presented in this series. These are not your classic modern “Anne Rice” inspired vampires. Personally, I love that about this series, but others may find it difficult to adjust to.
These are not even the vampires experienced in Ione’s other series Demonica, so go in with an open mind.
Definitely read the FIRST book in the series Bound by Night before this one. Like Ione’s Demonica series the overarching plot in Moonbound Clan continues from book to book.
Overall:
Chained by Night is an excellent paranormal romance. Lovers of the Demonica Series and new Larissa Ione fans are bound to enjoy!
